INCOME TAX RETURNS FOR THE TAX YEAR 2022

Submission deadline and payment of tax

The Tax Department announced on 15/07/2023 that the submission of the Income Tax Return for the tax year 2022 is available through the TaxisNet system, at https://taxisnet.mof.gov.cy.

Based on the Decree of the Council of Ministers (KDP 373/2022), obligation to submit an Income Tax Return for the year 2022 have the employees, pensioners and self-employed persons without Financial
Statements, whose gross total income for the tax year 2022 exceeds the amount of  EURO 19.500.

The deadline for submission of the Income Tax Returns for individuals for the year 2022 and payment of the tax due is until 2 October 2023 (KDP183/2023).

The relevant Decrees are available only in Greek.

ΔΗΛΩΣΗ ΕΙΣΟΔΗΜΑΤΟΣ ΓΙΑ ΤΟ ΦΟΡΟΛΟΓΙΚΟ ΕΤΟΣ 2022

Προθεσμία υποβολής και πληρωμής φορολογίας

To Tμήμα Φορολογίας ανακοίνωσε στις 15/07/2023 ότι η Δήλωση Εισοδήματος για το φορολογικό έτος 2022 είναι διαθέσιμη για υποβολή μέσω του https://taxisnet.mof.gov.cy.

Με βάση το Διάταγμα του Υπουργικού Συμβουλίου (ΚΔΠ 373/2022) υποχρέωση για υποβολή Δήλωσης Εισοδήματος για το έτος 2022 έχει κάθε φυσικό πρόσωπο (μισθωτοί, συνταξιούχοι, αυτοεργοδοτούμενοι χωρίς υποχρέωση ετοιμασίας Οικονομικών Καταστάσεων) όπου το μεικτό τους εισόδημα ξεπερνά τις 19.500 ευρώ.

Η προθεσμία υποβολής της Δήλωσης Εισοδήματος για το έτος 2022 και της πληρωμής του φόρου είναι μέχρι τις 2 Οκτωβρίου 2023 (ΚΔΠ183/2023).
